Wow is this blogging and setting up complicated! Well a lot of watching videos, reading and wondering what you are doing. Interesting how this simple can get complicated. Well that is enough of this for today. Time to sit back and think about what to do.
Tomorrow comes early with a 5:50 am workout. We call it 'Eye Opener Boot Camp'. At this point two fantastic ladies have joined me for over a year three mornings a week. They have joined me on my 'Fitness Journey'.
